Dear Sir/Mis my name Mahaveer Dewangan last month i ordered Boat rokerz 235pro from flipkart, i recieved the product by 17th of june 2022, when i open the box the product was missing i.e i received and empty box. Though i contacted the flipkart costumer care by the same time, As i complained to flipkart regarding product issue, suddenly my id was blocked and blacklisted by the same day, though i lost my product, my 1199 rs and my flipkart account too. Now even I'm unable to login my flipkart account
I'm trying to contact flipkart since 17th june 2022, flipkart executive is saying " your complain has been updated to our team " but no action has been taken yet, neither my problem has been solved its been 1 month now Was this information helpful? |
