Flipkart — Flipkart product not deliver

Dear Sir,
I am buying a mobile on flipkart on 29 oct 2020. and delivery date is 03 nov 2020 but products is not deliver when i call customer care then they told logist proble they could not send any any mail or msg behalf of that. so please help me.
