With reference to flipkart email dt 17/10/16 inform me that supercomnet is not to refund only offer replacement of my od[protected].
The heavy quick heating & my own health problem i doesn't want to use mi4 mobile. (Refer my all communication)
Please stop replacement drama etc and refund me rs 10999
Today 12:15 pm dt 17/10/16 i have not taken delivery packet of replaced mobile from couriers boy and asked to return it.. For your information.
Further immediately provide me the all record of our messages regarding mobile order, delivery, cancellation, pickup, refund, technical assistance, and flipkrt own return (Refund) policy information from your record.
Above information required for file a refund issue claim in consumer forum, otherwise i file refund claim on the ground of information available with me in forum.
