I had ordered a Fossil Gen 4 Smartwatch and it was delivered to me on Feb 4th. Upon unboxing, the contents were not placed properly and seemed like it was a second-hand watch. On further usage, the smartwatch got extremely laggy and refused to respond.
I initiated a refund (Refund ID:[protected]) and as per the procedure, the engineer came to examine the watch. In front of him, I showed that the watch was lagging. He acted as though he was against Flipkart and supported me. Instead, he rejected the refund which I got to know through the Flipkart app. Now, I do not have another chance for a refund.
I want my money back and would like to purchase another product but Flipkart's customer care is not being helpful at all. Was this information helpful? |
