Summary:
I got the product delivered on 11th Aug and during the installation process it was found that there was backlight display error due which there were dots and lines on the screen. I placed a return request on 16th Aug and the expected delivery date was Sep 6. But on 28th of Aug it a message stating that the replacement request has been cancelled due to not submission of job sheet provided by the service provider. For the record I uploaded the job sheet on 24th of Aug as soon as I received the request. When i questioned about them they said it was due to some error and I was asked to wait for one week for the resolution. On 30th I got a reply stating that "The product delivered to you has crossed the seller's replacement period" which was irrelevant as I raised a request before the replacement policy date. First of all there are making a delay by providing a replacement and later stating that the policy is expired. Also in the account, it is showing that the replacement was cancelled as the issue was resolved by troubleshooting. There was not troubleshooting from their end they just making up stories to make a delay in replacement.
Either a replacement has to be made or else money has to be refunded. Its been nearly 19 days since product was delivered which I am not able to use.
