[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart, retailnet seller and ekart logistics scamming undelivered due to shipment damaged acer laptop

I ordered acer i3 7130u laptop which is selling at a discounted price during sale and placed order from the seller retailnet and flip-kart assured me of two day delivery and shown that they shipped the product through e kart logistics on 15th march 2:33 am and on 16th of march 2018 i checked tracking details and it showed that the shipment has reached a hub near to me but couldn't delivered due to damage, "note this" i came to know this myself while tracking either flip-kart or their very own logistics partner didn't even inform it, so after seeing that i called their customer care and they suggested me to cancel the order and asked me to place a fresh order for the same product but thing is i got it for a discounted price during sale and now why should i have pay more for the same product because of your negligence and why should i have to wait six days to get my money refund, flipkart showed deaf ears to my questions didn't respond properly and wasted both my time and money,
This is some sorta scam to lure customers during sale and make them purchase the laptops specifically from the seller retailnet and ekart logistics together along with flipkart are scamming people, so
My suggestion is flipkart should be avoided at any cost while making laptop or other electronic item purchases its better to go with amazon or paytm.. My order id is od[protected]


I googled and got to know this has happened many times between jan and march 2018 from same seller retail net and ekart logistics partner,

When making high value purchases every ecommerce logistics partner would make proper packaging so the chances of damage would be minimal, but after so many complaints about the same issue specifically on laptop purchases they are not improving that and it clearly shows that something is fishy they are luring customers to make purchase on sale day then cancelling the order stating shipment damage so that when a person goes to place order again the price of the product would be much higher compared to the original order and flipkart is using a foolish strategy by doing that way, u r not gonna get repeated orders instead youur credibility will be at stake and no one would prefer purchases from u again, thank god i purchased my macbook pro 2015 version from amazon and they delivered it beautifully, no more flipkart for me!

So guys never purchase acer or any other brand laptops from flipkart with the seller named "retail net" they just are a big scam, i can't understand why flipkart hasn't taken any action so far on this issue when there exists tons of complaints regarding the same from this seller retail net and ekart logistics... M not gonna purchase anythign from flipkart now onwards

As per your support folks suggestion I placed a fresh order after they said they will provide the difference amount as a e voucher, I placed the order at 25999 now after i placed the order the price has been reduced purposefully back to 24999, is this some kinda scam? flipkart you need to answer this? where is the price protection! M disappointed with your service

Customer raised a complaint related to order delivery and price adjustment issue. product is defective. We have interacted with the customer and customer confirmed that product got delivered and later he was asking for the price difference amount informed need sometime so that request can be processed. Again interacted back with customer and informed EGV amount has been added to account informed validity and usage he agreed mail sent to customer. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
