I am purchase mobile phone order no. Od[protected] from onl7ne flipkart store dated 14/09/16 but i am not satisfied because mobile connectivity is not good one sim card slot cdma is not search network then i registerd return order my order is approved dated 19/09/16 and mobile pickup shedule dated 24/09/16 but on any one come to pickup my mobile after that i call custmor care for my issue resolving 10 times he/she assured me your order is pickup dated 26, 28, 30, /09/16, and 02, 05, 06/10/16 in one bussines day 16 days to go but return order is not pickup today s8 helpus me and ressolve my flipcart return order issue asvearly as possible my flipkart registed mobile no.[protected] Thankig you Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Oct 16, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response Pickup is done and refund is approved called but number not getting connected hence email send to customer with resolution.
