Flipkart — Flipkart return person is not taking courier back due to long distance

In lockdown Flipkart return person is not coming and telling us to come at specific location which is far away from us almost 15 km

If I will go by auto rickshaw over there I have to spend rs 450 for fare...how it possible the parcel is rs 297 and I have to spend rs 450 return also

Please refund my money back as returnless or please provide me replacment
