I have ordered a Men Solid Quilted Jacket, when I received the order, I checked it, it was not up to the mark quality and also fitting was also not proper, So I immediately initiated a return request on 8th Dec. I was told that pick up will happen soon & max by 13th Dec and next day I received a message saying this

I had contacted the FLIPKART support team also, after i receive above message, they told my issue will be resolved, as they have only raised return request & PICKUP will be by max 15th Dec.
Now today again got below sms message

But I have not decided to keep this product, I just want to return it, they automatically cancelled my return request without considering my return request and my experience with the product.
I initiated a return request again but same thing happened, this have happened now twice with me. I just want my money back
to my "ORIGINAL PAYMENT ACCOUNT"
