I am filing this complaint to express my profound disappointment and frustration with Flipkart's substandard customer service and to highlight what appears to be fraudulent practices in relation to my recent order. Despite my repeated efforts to seek assistance through Flipkart's support channels, I have been met with automated responses and empty assurances, all of which have failed to address my concerns or provide any meaningful resolution resulting Mental harassment, financial losses as product not received and breach of tust

**Issue Description:**
1. **False Reporting**: I have been repeatedly assured that my order, a prepaid washing machine, would be delivered by a specified time. Despite these assurances, the order has not been delivered, and I have been provided with conflicting information about its status, including claims that my PIN is unserviceable, that I am unreachable, and that the product has been routed to another destination. If the product is not in the Out for Delivery stage, how can these claims be made? This is a clear case of false reporting by Flipkart. It is a total cheat/fraud on failing to deliver on the promised date and then blaming me or my PIN code for their delay.

2. **Lack of Accountability**: Flipkart's support team has failed to provide any concrete information or take responsibility for the delay. Instead, I have been subjected to a cycle of automated responses that do nothing to resolve my issue.

3. **Potential Fraud**: Given the significant delay and the misleading information provided, I am extremely concerned about the reliability and ethics of Flipkart. If my order is not delivered today, I will have no choice but to file a police complaint and FIR against Flipkart for fraud and false reporting.

**Context:**
- The order was placed on Friday, July 19, during Flipkart's sale. On the same day, Amazon had a sale offering the same item at the same discount with delivery by July 21. However, I trusted Flipkart over Amazon, which is why I am facing these issues now. This experience has proven that Flipkart is not trustworthy.
- Flipkart is claiming that my PIN code is wrong, but I received an order from Flipkart on July 23, 2024, at the same address and PIN code. Additionally, I have been receiving orders from Flipkart at this address for the last 15 years without any issues. How is this PIN code issue happening for this delayed order? This itself is proof that Flipkart is committing fraud, as other orders are being delivered to the same address, but not this one.

**Impact on Me:**
- **Financial Loss**: Prepaid amount not honored by timely delivery.
- **Mental Harassment**: Undue stress and inconvenience caused by false reporting and lack of resolution.
- **Trust Breach**: Erosion of trust in Flipkart due to unethical practices.

This experience has severely eroded my trust in Flipkart, and I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. Specifically, I expect:
- A clear and truthful update on the status of my order.
- Immediate delivery of my order, as promised.
- A formal apology and explanation for the poor service and misleading information.
- Compensation for the undue stress and inconvenience caused by this ordeal.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response and resolution by the end of today, I will proceed with legal action and share this experience widely to warn other potential customers about the risks of shopping with Flipkart.
