[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart says refund completed but I have not received my money back. | |
I order a littmann stethoscope from flipkart and paid through debit card. But i canceled my order as it was delayed due to covid 19 lockdown. Refund was initiated on 28 march 2020, and was supposed to be credited by 8th april. I'm writing this on 9th april, i contacted flipkart customer care agents, they are there just to say hello and thank you, never somebody kindly help me with this problem!

Verified Support Apr 10, 2020 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry for the trouble caused. The seller has confirmed that a refund has been completed on 28 Mar 20. It would have reflected in your credit card by 08 Apr 20. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number[protected] in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
