[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart seller supercomnet cancelled the order after 11 days

My flipkart order number is od[protected] and the seller is supercomnet. I made a purchase through flipkart for grocery items work 1272 on jul 18 th and paid the amount through creditcard. The items were supposed to be delivered on jul 20th, then they postpone it for jul 21st, agin to jul 25th and lastly to jul 29th. On jul 29th, i got an email that my order has been cancelled and i will get the refund from the seller. Till now, i have not received the amount. I do not have any deal with seller and it is the responsibility of the flipkart to refund the amount.in the transaction (Flipkart payments gurgaon in), you can see the amount has been gone to flipkart, not the seller. So, i am expecting my refund amount credited back to my credit card immediately from flipkart. From all other online shopping, you will get the refund with 1-2 days. I do not know why i should approach the seller to get the money back since i made the payment to flipkart

Received the refund in installment like cost of each product ordered. Was expecting in one shot. Since some of the amount did not come, contacted Flipkart to register the complaint. Finally got the full amount

Hello sir

Today one hr. back I have placed the above order for L’Oréal 2 items and paid through SBI netbanking. But I did not get any email confirmation/sms till now. I have checked my Bank account and found already paid to Flipkart. Please send email confirmation immediately. Please help and cooperate.
