[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart selling junk and old goods.

I’m writing regarding my order from Flipkart Mach City iBike Medium 26 T Hybrid Cycle/City Bike: 6 Months Domestic Warranty Bicycle having invoice number – OD[protected]/ Invoice Number # FAB0FF[protected]

Purchased on 12 October 2018 and got delivered on 15 October 2018 and return period has ended on 25th of October 2018.

This kind of incident is shocking for me and have never noticed such a thing in my life before.

It could be more fatal if I was riding the bicycle as the tire and tube both are in bad shape the tube busted off including the tire and the RIM too as you can see in the attached photograph.

I have already registered a complaint before the Flipkart regarding the matter this is a serious issue but Flipkart said he can not do anything in this matter as the 10 days return period is over.

Top of it the cycle was standing idle for three days and without using it got busted so anyone can assume what Flipkart is selling without quality check and with the background check on seller credibility to settle or even reply to claims.

I have paid Rs.1000 to Track And Trail authorised showroom for the rim and tube as the seller did not reply to my emails or even received the calls to claim the warranty.

Flipkart is selling old, outdated and junk product and making fool to customers by promising after sale services. And their customer care representative asked me t pay them.

Avoid Flipkart for big appliances and costly purchases guys!!!
