I ordered nasher miles cabin suitcase bag from flipkart, (Ordered id - od[protected] bag was delivered on 14th march 2023, when i open the box it was found that bag was not properly packed in bubble packing, bag was damaged and it was not new, it was completely having dusty product, so i raised return request, but flipkart did not arranged pickup, i did follow up till yesterday (8 times to flipkart customer care) every time customer care assured that backend priority team will call me and resolve the issue, i used to got call from some non capable person of flipkart and they every time asked me to wait till 48/72 hrs. To resolve the issue. But flipkart never arranged pickup of return, they always gave reason unforeseen reason it got delayed.
I am completely unaware that if walmart & earlier founders mr. Sachin bansal & binny bansal has made cheat the customers & earn the profit policy for flipkart!
I have wrote to grievance. [protected]@flipkat.com as well but of no use.
