I have been using Flipkart Pay later for a long and paying the due amount within the due date but recently (02/09/22) I saw IDFC First bank has reported a due amount of 934 in my CIBIL for the month of July 2022 which i have already cleared and the same is reflected in the Flipkart App/Site as well. Because of this, my score across various Credit bureaus has gone down.
When I contacted Flipkart Support they told me that there is no pending amount on your account to and try contacting IDFC First Bank but I remember when i initially contacted IDFC bank Bank for CIBIL related issue they mentioned that they can't help me on this and asked me to contact Flipkart as they only share that information with the Credit Bureaus what they receive from Flipkart which they have not resolved till date.
I would request Flipkart to look into this matter and remove the wrongly provided information which will help me to repair my credit score.
