I have ordered xiaomi 11i and it was delivered on 27 july but Device had some serious issues As I plug charger into it device heated badly, If I use whatsapp of fb it heated badly and battery doesnt last for more than 6 hrs, Also call screen freezes on whitescreen, due to which i am not able to initiate calls Some vertical line come on screen out of nowhere and restarts automatically. Proximity sensor doesnt work, call automatically gets rejected. Camera sometimes goes black. I showed all this issues to technician on tech visit, Technician acknowledged the problem with the device and also i shared him the screenshots and images which he told me that he will report and send to flipkart, technician also assured that mobile phone should be returned and it will get returned. But i get refund rejected message. I also have the call recording where he agrees with the issues in device, he also affirmed me that device should be returned. Further I was assured that pickup will be initiated but now no one from flipkart is responding they say 24 hrs its been 10 days now.Please do not deceive a customer like this, i have went lot into trouble this 15 days, I fear that device might get exploded even when running fb, whatsapp, Also I am not able to initiate calls. I have held so much patience . I have went troubleshoot exercise 3 times on call with flipkart executive team for which I had to format reset the device thrice, But yet no resolution. Please help flipkart is not replying on even email. I am feeling helpless
