Dear Sir/Madem, I am Kousar Vali Shaik, I bought Samsung Galaxy S20 plus on 18 October 2020 through flipkart Smart Upgrade plan, Order ID OD[protected], my phone IMEI Number [protected], total paid 30, 274, balance 15000 need to pay before 18 November 2021, but my flipkart upgrade plan was expired, my phone got locked and blocked, so I was requested to get payment link on 15th February 2022, then so many times requested to get payment link, after long time 13th March 2022 got payment link and paid immediately 15000 rupees, got payment confirmation from flipkart through mail, then I requested to flipkart to unlock my phone so many times, they extended time again and again, almost 3 weeks over, still my phone locked, from starting to today total 8 weeks over, still I am waiting for resolution, contacted to flipkart through email, calls and messages, they are not responding, I don't know what to do, flipkart providing worst service ever, if they don't want to provide resolution to me, what is the use of flipkart, I am plus member since the program started, I am very active and bought hundreds of products worth of lakhs of rupees from 2016, I am requesting you to please help me on this issue, here I am attaching payment screen shot and phone locked pic, contact numbers [protected] and [protected].
