I have purchased Realme Narzo 30 Pro in the month of July-2021 from Mobile Store by making the prompt payment,
Of a sudden Mobile has Locked by saying that This was purchased under Flipkart Smart Upgrade Plan, And your phone has locked due to incompletion of payment and below QR Scanner is there for making the payment but even tried from another mobile its getting that you don't have any active plans. Also attaching the Pics for your reference.

Can you Please Resolve my issue facing above
