Flipkart — Flipkart Smartbuy 3l Geyser

Product under warranty.

2 months ago called and service centre person visited and said they will order a part to rectify within 1 week,
Service person is not responding. I filed complaint with flipkart customer service team, 1.5 months ago since then team is pushing this request by 7 days and they say they highlighted for urgent resolution. I spoke to supposedly a senior 20 july 2022 and they gave me a email address [protected]@flipkart.com. I sent them email on 20 Jul 2022, received no reply till date. I sent a follow up email, again no reply received.

It looks like Flipkart team will take ages and pushing the request week by week
