I have complaint Air Cooler repair to flipkart smart by and they are replied on September 20th and I will get call from technician with 48 hours but I didn't get the technician till date, I have called regarding same issue on phone they are raise new complaint and wait for 48 hours still I didn't get the call from technician. I called two times to flipkart smartby customer care they are replying that, technician was called you and you said that reschedule the service. without receiving the technician call how can say to reschedule the service.
