[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart smartbuy procut plus fast charge usb trimmer (black, blue)

I purchased this product on mon, sep 25th '17 and when used the product, the trimmer is making injury to the skin by cutting. I read that there are few more people who said the same in the reviews page in flipkart site.

This is very disappointing and misleading people in buying an unsafe and trimmer which is cutting the skin and doing injury.

I am concerned about the bad product being popularized and sold with wrong expectations.

SMS received for non delivery of Shipment no.[protected] on 29/9/17. Surprisingly Delivery person did not visit the address but shown as non delivered as can be seen in the attached.

You are once again advised to deliver the item with prior intimation.

Without my concern they have cancelled my order even though I have made full payment. The issue is that someone is expecting the better service and they failed to provide. This is the time waste for the customer to have such issues

I was ordered a ear phone senheiser 213 and 27 is the date of delivery and he was call me at office time that time I was in office but at 5 pm I was fee and he didn't call me and delayed 4 days for delivery and I contacted so many times flipkart customers care but they didn't do anything
I was given delivery date as 27-Sep.Later i got message that it will be delivered by 29.I needed my order urgently, but customer care representatives don't even know any updates regarding current location of my order.They used to give me the same answers all the time.I have called them 3 -4 times today.But no one is ready to solve my concern.
