Flipkart — Flipkart Still product not received more than 8 days delayed, and seller cancelled my order today without any intimation to me.

I ordered mobile phone on Jun 23, 2022 for realme 9 Pro+ 5G Aurora Green from flipkart that time mention delivery date Jun 25, 2022, seller accepted order and ready to dispatch but courier partner did not collected that parcel after longer period. I contacted customer care and they replied your mobile reaches to you in 2 days, and after some time Supplier canceled the purchase Order. its too bad, I placed a order with an offer by SBI credit card. This is very bad about flipkart services . By Seller : EComyalgarTrade

And Today I got that massage from Flipkart as mentioned below..

Flipkart Update: Sorry, your order for realme 9 Pro 5G Aurora is cancelled by the seller due to a prolonged delivery delay. If you like, you can place a new order for this item in the next 10 days and a Gift Card worth Rs. 2000 will be added to your Flipkart account within 3 days of the order delivery in appreciation of your understanding.

I just want my ordered phone as same offer.
If they can't afford that type of offer so why they put online platform in their site.
Till my money not get back.

Same issue with me, customer care twitter and phone both are useless gives generic reply, they do now have any power of anything to solve the issue. Made a big mistake ordering from Flopkart.

I also bought with SBI credit card EMI now I will have to pay the cancellation charge and communicate with the bank to cancel the EMI for this. You're lucky that you got 2000 voucher, I haven't received a Penny as compensation from them.

Placed mobile order through Flipkart but they are not sent in time and postponed for 5 days kindly request to update status and cancel the order so I can purchase from store please don't depend on Flipkart service further as they are not capable of delivering the product in time
