Flipkart — FlipKart - Suspension due to seller fraud

Dear Flipkart Team,
This is Nibedita Ray from BigRayn.
We are a brand supporting sustainability and Odisha handloom & crafts.
We are the only one company to get onboarded in FlipKart recently to sell authentic Odisha handloom Sarees, suits and crafts. We were excited that we will give our best to support Odisha handloom needs in FlipKart Platform and we will support our Odisha weavers.
Within few days of our product listing, we got 5-6 orders for premium Odisha handloom Silk sarees. We have packed all the orders within SLA and handed it over to Flipkart courier partners for delivery. All of those orders are cancelled or returned by the customers.

After that we have faced an issue of suspension of our account due to fraudulent activities as per flipkart. If customers will place order for premium handloom sarees and mark it for return or Cancel it then how seller is fraudulent.

Also, please note there are difference between handloom and power loom sarees.

we ship our order to UK/USA without any quality issues.

REASON - SELLER FRAUD

Steps to reactive your account-

Your account was found to be involved in fraudulent activities against customers/Flipkart. As this is a violation of our terms o[censored]se you will not be allowed to sell on the platform.

We also raised tickets regarding the above and did not receive the satisfactory response from your end.

Based on our investigation, we have found that your account was involved in shipping fraudulent order(s), thereby affecting the buyer's trust towards Flipkart. This is a clear violation of our policy and hence your account will not be reactivated.

Due to the proprietary/confidential nature of our business, we do not provide information on how we did the investigation.

Product Price Verification Team

We have all of the documents and even our registered brand trademark with us for verification.

As we have not done any fraudulent activity and not been involved in any fraudulent activities, we have a right to know the following:-
1) What does shipping fraudulent order(s) means?
2) Details of violation of the terms that are done from our side?
3) We would like to know the exact reason for the suspension.

Directly deactivating an account is not a solution and affects our business very badly.

Requesting you to please check the above case as we are genuine seller/ brand owners and have not done any fraud.

We have been trying to contact the flipkart team in every possible manner to resolve the cases.

If we do not get satisfactory answers, we will only be left with filing RTI CASE.
