Flipkart — Flipkart unnecessary blocked my account

I have ordered some mobile from flipkart and they have blocked my account and telling me that I am reseller this is wrong how they can block my account . As assume as a reseller than also they are wrong because a customer can buy as much as he want . Customer can order 100 pcs or 50 pcs it's the responsibility of flipkart is to provide . Flipkart as given me good service but when we are giving money, so why they have problem . If they telling that we are reseller so why they are giving sales to us then we order something like at least 8 products. Pls resolve this and flipkart has blocked my 2 accounts because of this

Updated by Khushbasantani1 I called the Flipkart customer service they told that we are sending your complaint to the Flipkart team and the message came there the Flipkart team will call you at this time and they didn't call . The call has to come today but didn't came date 23october, Friday, 2020
