Flipkart is one of the worst online portal I have used till date, even the new start-ups have better customer services then these cheats. They make fool of clients by first delivering wrong products and then sitting on the return for weeks (that too on a returnable product). Have been getting dates over dates without any resolution. Would highly recommend to avoid it if you want to have peaceful time.
Wrong geyser was delivered for Order ID - OD[protected] on 9th Dec, then they told that the installation person will come which never came, on 11th Dec I opened the box to realise it's wrong product & I raised complaint for replacement. They committed on call to get the replacement delivered by 14th Dec. Since then they have been shifting the date despite sending multiple snaps and acknowledgement of call center agents that the snap are fine, everytime they send some foolish randon message stating that the snaps are not clear or some delivery guy confirmed intact product etc etc. without telling the issue. Today morning again I received some foolish message. I am fed-up of these cheats and asked them to take product back and refund money which too they are delaying.
