Order number - OD[protected], asus zenfone max m2 . i ordered Asus max m2 smartphone during their omg days sale ... they confirmed the order but after the shipment, they cancelled the order before delivery without any notification. the Flipkart made the reason that the product is out of stock now at the discounted price on which i ordered, they advised me to order again on higher price. how the product was available on higher price if the product became out of stock during delivery . if the product was out of stock why they confirmed my order and why they kept selling it . why they kept selling the product when they did not have it on their stock . when i contacted to Flipkart, they block my Flipkart account, and my number to stop me to write a complaint on consumer forum against the Flipkart . May 9, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved they didnt resolved it .. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 16, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
Verified Support May 10, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that as our systems have detected irregularities in the payment method used for the order customer account has been blocked. We always ensure that the transactions made using online payment methods are authorized and secure this is for account security. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
