Flipkart — Flipkart's Bogus Delivery and Quality

First thing first, I really HAD lot of respect on Flipkart's delivery model and quality. But… I ordered MDR XB400 headphone on 29th March. I received a Duplicate Chinese product and not a genuine original SONY product. I have an original one so that I could make it that it was a duplicate one. People who have not seen this product would have been cheated for sure. Because it has been replicated very cleverly. Immediately I raised a complaint for replacement, and the Flipkart executive Madhuri has apologized and accepted for a replacement request, and agreed to replace the original product on or before 10th April. This replacement request was raised on 2nd April. From 2nd April, I couldn’t see any changes in the status of the product in the Flipkart website, and so I called Flipkart executive Rahul on 7th April to check the status. He again convinced me and promised me that the product will be delivered as said on 10th April. But when I have been checking the status of the delivery today (8th April), it has shown that the replacement request has been cancelled without any notice to me. I called again Flipkart executive Taufik, and he again said the same dialogues (I think they have been given a script to read) and confirmed that the product (ORIGINAL) will be delivered on or before 16th April. It’s been nearly a month that I am waiting for a genuine SONY MDR XB400 headphone from Flipkart, and these guys are cheating the common people by sending duplicate products. Common people like me not buying the products in the shops, just want to save Rs.300 or 500 bucks. But if Flipkart does like this??? It’s better to buy the products in the shops itself.
