Hi,
I have places 2 different orders for the item HP Deskjet Ink advantage Ultra 4826 All-in-one Multi-function WiFi Color Inkjet Printer and both two orders were shipped and reached the local warehouse as per tracking information.
We received a call from the delivery person and he asked to pick the item from their office. Since we opted for home delivery, we don't have the time to pick the item from the courier office. And both of the orders were automatically cancelled after 3 days. We registered a complaint before cancelling the second order and no solution was provided. We want to know the reason for cancellation and we don't want to repeat the same again. This shows the irresponsibility of the delivery partner/person and there is no option to complain to flipkart against this. Now the price of the item has increased. We are spending a lot of time placing an order and it is not getting delivered on time. We would like to know the reason for the cancellation.
