[Resolved] Flipkart — 'fogg 2048-bl day and date watch | |
I had ordered a watch od[protected] on 22 nd august, i received damaged after 6 days, i called to customer care for replacement, after some days replacement came to deliver product but they refused to deliver because of some tag was not available, i had not received any tag from the seller, how can i provide it, my request for return is cacelled itself also customer care executives not helpful, they are sure about their flipkart assured items, if i have not received any tag and the product was delivered damaged, what is the meaning of tag?
