[Resolved] Flipkart — forcing customer to keep product | |||
My order number my order no. Od[protected]. Flipkart is forcing me keep the product. I have ordered the by mistake and this time its too much by flipkart. How can someone force customer to keep the product. There is no rule that any company can force customer to keep it. I have not opened the product also and they are saying i have to keep the product. I am tired with online shopping policy. There is no rule that we have to keep the product. If i don't like the phone then how can they forcing to keep it. I bought a smartphone and it was not getting switched on. I charged the mobile for 3-4 hours and still it did not get charge or even switched on. I requested replacement of the smartphone online, but my replacement was rejected without any technician visit or help. Flipkart rejected my replacement request without resolving the issue.
