[Resolved] Flipkart — foul language used by customer executive | |||||
I got a call from flipkart customer executive ([protected]) asking me to give feedback on my purchased of a product. I have replied ok i will do it but maybe she couldn't hear it properly because network connectivity in my area is little bit poor... And then she suddenly hang up by saying faltu insann (Useless man). I condemn that this happened because due to network problem but still is this how you treat your customer like this... I hope flipkart should discipline their executives to speak nicely Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Feb 05, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the rude behavior of the customer case executive. We have interacted with the customer and confirmed that the product is delivered on (29th Jan 2019). And apologies for the rude behavior of the executive. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
