I have ordered APPLE PENCIL from flipkart on 3rd April 2022. And I got a cable plug instead of the actual product on 6th April, 2022. I have raised complaints several times but my complaints are getting rejected so many times. the pencil is of 10900 worth rupees. Either I want the product or my money back. I have submitted all the evidences still I got no strict action against the fraud. I have submitted signed consent even still no strict action has been taken against my appeal. I am ready to submit all the documents regarding this and also the video which I took before opening the actual product. I am fed up of reaching the customer supports. I am looking forward to you please help me within.

Updated by Dhriti K Das I am also attaching the barcode which was shown in the video which I posted as the evidence. So that it can be used as the proof that the apple pencil wasn't there in the same box for which the barcode has been generated.
