This is regarding Order
ID [OD[protected]] from Flipkart.com for product Samsung Galaxy Buds Live for which the invoice / bill I have received does not have product serial number on it. Also warranty card is not filled-up with any info ( Blank). As without product serial number being specified on bill / invoice service centre is not going to entertain warranty claim I had contact Flipkart customer care via mail and Call. They asked me to submit snap of product showing serial number which I had submitted. they replied me that they will be sending me updated invoice with product serial number but I am doing continuous follow-up now no one from customer care is responding to my mails.
This is really un-ethical trade practise to sale product without proper warranty & bill. Also from legal stand point one should not sale product without specifying product serial number on bill for electronic products as brand warranty terms & condition states that without serial number warranty stands void.
I am a regular buyer from Flipkart, Always I have purchased from them.
This level of support is highly frustrating. I must say Amzone is way better in term of transparency and billing details. I have ordered several large appliances from Amzone never faced these issues.
Now I have to chase these folks by wasting my time. If resolution is not provided in next 2 working days I will be forced to take legal steps by producing these bogus bills before authorities which is provided to me by flipkart.
