I have received the delivery of Motorola, Moto G 82 5G which I ordered, on 20th September (It was showing “out for delivery” as the status for last 3 days and I received it after a lot of delay). Upon opening the box, I found that the product was defective and I was told earlier by the delivery personnel to raise the replacement request. So, I had to do the same then and there only (Delivery person refused for open box delivery and assured me that in case any issue comes customer support will help me. My delivery was already delayed by 3 days and obviously I am not supposed to argue/fight with delivery people so I had no option but to comply). After that I had to go through so much of mental torture and my return/replacement request kept on getting cancelled from the backend, due to technical glitches (for example it kept on asking my FIR consent for missing items even though request was clearly raised for damaged item). My chronic inflammatory pain also flared up due to constant agony I was being made to go through by Flipkart on a daily basis. I still overlooked all those things and tried to remain helpful to Flipkart as much as I could. Finally on the last day of my return window my replacement request got approved and the product was shipped. On 29th of Sep it was showing me “out for delivery”. I tried contacting the delivery person multiple times to ensure my availability but he kept on rejecting my calls repeatedly. I still kept my patience as I was assured by customer care executive that I will receive my product by 3rd Oct 2022. Now on 3rd of Oct, upon waking up I received a message that my order had been cancelled, yet again (stating it was rejected during delivery, but in reality I was not even contacted once and delivery person kept on rejecting my calls repeatedly 3 days back, 29th Sep) and now my return window has closed as well. Now again after so much of effort I got my exchange request raised by specifying yet again that my speaker grill was damaged (I have proof for that but they raised issue as damaged accessory) and when delivery executive finally came for pickup (on 5th Oct) he told me that his app is not allowing him to pick up because the product was damaged. Seriously! The very reason I am requesting exchange because my product was damaged and I am getting denied that because of the same issue. When asked Flipkart support staffs are telling me to again cancel my order from my end and re raise the request. I am unable to do that due to technical error. I have tried contacting customer support multiple times but that has been of no use.
Also whenever the pickup request gets approved the wishmaster denies the pickup or does not even answers the phone call, and later I get message that my return has been cancelled due to denial of pickup or something similar. It has happened for more than 3 times.
They keep cutting my call after making me hold for 15-20 minutes. I have done everything I can in my power to give Flipkart all the chances to help me in the proper resolution, but it has been in vain and caused me a lot of trouble since then. As last resort I am again requesting via this medium to resolve my issue. Please I am kindly requesting here to help me with this. 1. I am an Officer in one of the biggest Indian Conglomerate and I was purchasing my phone for company business. All the time that is being wasted without the device is actually causing harm to my professional responsibilities. 2. Due to constant mental stress caused by Flipkart and its associated service partners my chronic inflammatory pain has flared up and I had to take courses of treatment of it. My Demand: I want complete refund with pickup of the product price in my bank account/original payment method along with the compensation amount in the form of Flipkart money or any other suitable form. This is the least I should be compensated for, as I have been made to go through a lot of troubles without any end resolution whatsoever. Also I have bought the product in sale offer and I might be buying the same model from some other platform/offline without the same deal I received earlier. So that difference easily comes around Rs 8000. So my demand is quite reasonable. I have been a loyal customer of Flipkart from a long time and a plus member and it is extremely disheartening to see myself get treated this badly. I am being forced to change my opinion and trust on the platform by being treated unfairly. I have all the documents and proofs of every problem I have stated that I have been made to go through by Flipkart and its Associated partners.
