[Resolved] Flipkart — fraud by flipkart & seller retailnet

On 9th january 2019 i have ordered hp 678 combo pack multicolor ink cartridge from flipkart for ₹937 so i booked for ₹937- and paid full amount through credit card. On 10th january 2019, i got the message that my shipment is "item cancelled: sorry, 1 item (Hp 678 combo pack mult...) from your order od* has been cancelled due to limited stock availability with the seller. The amount you have paid for this item will be refunded. We will notify you via email and sms when the refund is processed. You can check details of the cancelled item here http://fkrt.it/********.
But on same day i called flipkart customer care that the shipment is still in the stock and seller is selling the same thing but at a different price & the product is out of stock now at the same price. So there i got a reply from customer care to reorder after my complaint is resolved and they cannot do anything as they do not have authority only senior staff can do it. At that time when i checked the flipkart the product was still in stock as the reason mentioned by them for cancelling is invalid. They now claim that the said product is no more in stock, however, i have been checking their site, and the product is very much available by the same seller and the site is still showing it as in-stock but only at a higher price.
They cancelled my order saying that the product is not available inspite of sending a confirmatory e-mail to me. It is to be clearly make out that flipkart and retailnet seller is making fools of their customers understanding the demand of the product. Also on the prepaid orders. I request you to take action for this fraud and provide me with the same thing which i have ordered for price ₹937/- as a compensation for my waste of time and money getting locked up for these days.
