This issue is regarding fraud case against Flipkart and the delivery executive who took away the product and did not update on flipkart application that product is picked up. I got a message same day in the evening around 6:30pm that return rejected due to product mismatch. Hence, shoes are stolen and refund not initiated.
I raised the concern immediately with flipkart customer support service and explained them that this happened and i got this message that return rejected and so on. They said no need to worry, it is a technical glitch. Your issue will resolved at the earliest.
Second time again I called and I asked for incident ticket number for follow up Flipkart Customer Support for Incident: IN[protected]. I have been promised that by 20th May 2022 till 9pm, the issue will be resolved. I waited and called flipkart customer service again after 9pm, then I was told your issue is highlighted and you will be contacted by the team in next 24-48 hours. Again i waited on 21st may but no call received . I raised the issue again in flipkart application by following Need help option, raised callback request, wrote the email with detailed issue. Like this the days are passing and everytime I call flipkart customer support I have been given same answer wait for 24-48 hours, but then NO single CALLBACK from FLIPKART and NO RESOLUTION.
I have the picture of the delivery executive who came at my door and picked up the product, his number was also noted at our main security gate, i tried calling him multiple times but he doesn't answer.
Its clear cut FRAUD CASE, the person has stolen SKECHERS shoes and now not replying to calls.
This is the sole responsibilty of FLIPKART company to take action against him and refund my money.
I request the team to take strict action against FLIPKART negligence. Its a mental harassment of the customer who shops with them on trust and they ditch the customers and does not even provide resolution.
In short : -
1: A person comes and takes the product and later he cancelled the pickup. Which is straight away a criminal offence.
2: According to the initial discussion with the customer care folks we are supposed to get a pickup slip every time we return a product. But never have I ever got such a receipt from your representative. I also checked with other friends and family and they also confirmed that they have also not ever received any pick up slips.
Both of the above issues are a major shortcoming on the part of Flipkart.
I urge the team to consider this issue and take action on priority because if such thefts kept on happening, people like us will stop using such fraudulent online platforms.
