[Resolved] Flipkart — fraud, cheated and misbehaved by csr | |||
Hi great services flipkart. I ordered a oppo f9 which was delivered on timebbut with damages. Now i placed a replacement and new product had to be delivered till 8th nov with the pick up of old one. Now the old product was picked up on time and they did not deliver the product same day as per their replacement policy. Now customer care supervisor abhishek saini is very rude and not able to resolve the matter. Now the good thing is that my 19000 rs struck with flipkart and nobody bother about it. Thnks a lot... Customer service representative is dam rude, which seems thay he is not helping but doing a favour on me stating there is a delay.
