This has reference to my purchase of a karbann titanium s15 plus via your portal for which the delivery and payment was made on 07/07/2015 invoice no- etech-fka[protected].
Please note that from day 1 i am facing problems with the phone and have visited the service centres and spoken to the customer support on several occasions.
All i am told is that the product delivered is from bangalore and thus cannot be repaired here. I am not interested in a repair but a replacement as it is a device fault. I understand the payments must be prompt and as a customer, i expect the service to be the same.
I have spent hours at both the andheri and malad service stations, in mumbai and also with customer support with no results.I have also approached the consumer forum who have asked that i send you this mail for a resolution failing which, appropriate steps will be taken.I fail to understand why you sent me a product from bangalore,
Please note that this mail is initiated to get a resolution on priority failure to which by end of day, will raise the same through the consumer forum, social media and also an fir against those concerned. Was this information helpful? |
