I am seller on Flipkart Assured and they are harassing me big time . i have number of cases . one is as below:- First Customer Ordered A Racquet Model Name-Yonex Voltric 80 Etune G4 Unstrung Of Amount Worth Rs .18000 And Raise A Complaint- Reason Damaged Product (Damaged Product Received) Buyer Comment Kindly do packing properly. and after that refund generated by Flipkart to the customer and they issue me Rs.0 refund as per their zero settlement policy. I recall the product with recall id -SP_138984 as it is in unsellable condition (reason mention in recall by FC investigation reason-SEAL., OTHER_PRODUCT_ISSUE.IMAGE_MISSINGMISMATCH. Now My Point Is If Customer Has Raised A Complaint That Damaged Product Received (Kindly Do Packing Properly) Then How Come Image Mismatch With The Product In Return When It Delivers To The FA Warehouse, Simple Either Flipkart Is Doing Fraud Or The Customer. I received a Yonex Gr201 model racquet worth Rs.400 obviously its picture doesn't match with the product I have sent to FA and FA has sent to the customer. please now let me know who will reimburse me the amount? who is liable for the loss. i dont under stand if FA team does not do proper quality checks at time of delivery or receiving of product . if no solution is given from your side I have to strictly take some legal action . this is now the regular practice of Flipkart. please let me know if you have any solution as soon as possible. waiting for your response. looking forward to your positive response.
