I ordered a durafit strong multifunction 2.0 hp motorized treadmill (With massager) with order id-order id - od[protected] on flipkart. I ordered this on 3rd dec 2019 with (Prepaid of 28248 rupees) and expected delivery was on 19th dec 2019. On 21st dec. I received a notification of order delivered but i didn't receive any call or anything i don't know where they deliver the order. It's a complete fraud. We’d like to let you know that the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 28 Dec 19 and will be reflecting on your account by 09 Jan 20. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
