[Resolved]  Flipkart — fraud in order delivery: od[protected]

I have ordered my Red MI 5A (GRAY 16GB) mobile phone from flipkart on 08-Feb-2018. And you have shared the confirmation as well to delivered this product by 14-Feb-2018.

Later, You did notify me that you will delivered it by 11-Feb-2018 which was before the expected delivery date. But somehow your delivery boy didn't delivered it to me and update as status as Delivered.

I ordered this product after so many attempts in your weekly Red MI 5A sale but you guys are just happy by making your customer fool. Is this your policy to providing the services to your customer and being a No.1 brand in market?

(On 12-Feb-2018)Additionally now i just want to let you know that your delivery boy whose telling his name as DIVESH, is calling us and offering Rs.1000 to take my complaint back.

This is the very sick moment which we are experiencing with a brand named as FLIPKART.

Is this your way to provide the forced resolutions to the customers just by offering an amount. Now You guys are ready to buying the customer's emotions as well.

(On 14-Feb-2018)Once I got a call from your executive(Mr. Varun) called me after the given crossed TAT reminder to you and gave his best resolution to me.

He said, We apologize on this. Now On tomorrow there is an another weekly sale on flipkart for that product and do order it again at your own then we will delivered it to you.

Is this your resolution?

What about that guy who didn't delivered my product to me and sold it to some other in black?
What about that guy who doing bribery by giving Rs.1000 to take my complaints back?Should I have to taken it?
What about my wasted time on you? I had tried for this product since more than 2 months.
What about my faith on you?
What about the customer's experience?
What about the customer's feedback which you asked? Does it really matter?

I said to Mr. Varun that I am not satisfied with your resolution and I'll take it to further then he replied "NO WORRY, BUT I AM CLOSING IT FROM MY SIDE".

Means, You people are forcing your resolution without asking customer's view. Have you really not worry about customer perception about Flipkart

Why are doing just formalities once by reverting on mail and twice by calling if you have the resolution like this. It could be the same if didn't complaint and could be better if I did take that 1000 rupees FROM FLIPKART DELIVERY GUY.

Now, After all this, I had masked so many reminders through MAIL/SOCIAL MEDIA but you guy's just asked for a TAT of 24-hrs to resolve it but felt not lucky as didn't get any call.
