[Resolved]  Flipkart — fraud not taking my return (approving)

Bought an mi band3
Charged it and it won't turn on
They are not accepting my return or replacement request
They show that in case of damaged item there's no need of calling customer care.. But they simply have told me to wait beyond return period
And telling return period is over now
The order id is in attatchments

Flipkart Customer Care's response Feb 01, 2019 Customer raised a complaint regarding the refund of the order. We have interacted with the customer and confirmed that the refund amount is reflecting in customer account. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
