I ordered a bicycle from flipkart on dated 10 Oct 2021 with order I'd no OD[protected].
And it was delivered on 17 October 2021.
But when I checked it, I found toolkit was missing..so I contact customer care and they gave me two option..1. to replace product
2. To keep product with 10% amount of product.
I agreed on 2nd option with that 10%should be credited in account or credit card from which I paid..for that flipkart cusomer care was agreed..I strictly says no to credit amount in flipkart wallet...because of I want to take toolkit from outside..
So I trusted the flipkart and purchase toolkit at 999 rs and 499 rs given to a mechanic for assembling the bicycle and used to start bicycle for use...
After that I observed that 24oct was last date for return the product...so I was continue in contact with customer care to know status of 10%amount..but still nothing was sure...they offered me 300 rs one time..when I told them to that already ur customer care gave me option for 10% then why I choose 300rs...so I gave then option to take product return...on 24 Oct I again contact them to know status for 10%amount...but they said it is under progress and no update was thre in system..so I request them to resolve it by EOD of 24oct as return policy over on 24 Oct...but their customer care told that "sir don't worry as u raised a issue..so u can return the product after solution of issue up to 72 hrs".
So I trusted flipkart and sit relaxed..and on 22 or 23 Oct I get call that 1050 amount was credited in flikart wallet...
I clearly already told them that I don't want amount in flipkart wallet...still they credit amount in wallet..so I again request them to revert it into my credit card account..
Today is 28 Oct..I received a final call from customer care at14:07 hrs..that nothing will happen now...we will do nothing
So it is totally fraud with me..
1. They did not give 10% amount exactly.
2 they didn't credit 10% amount in my credit card account as per flipkart assurance
3. They just pass the time for crediting amount so return time is over and I can't do anything..
4.information regarding 72hrs returning product was wrong provided by flipkart customer care to me...this is said by another customer care of flipkart
5. When I raise issue how u can close issue without my consent and how u can close return time of product and Now they cuted mu hand..neither I return product nor can do anything...fraud that happens to me by flipkart
So finally I wanna know that is thre any value of customer in flipkart...u r doing as u want without listning of customer...and whenever I connect call ur customer care they disconnect call... It is totally harassment to me...
And I will not give up in this matter...
