I have purchased a HP OMEN 16 laptop on Flipkart at 70, 039 RS on October 8, 2023.
Before I purchased, I read all the policies, terms and conditions related to the product. And there is a "Replacement policy" on Flipkart for this product.
So, I trusted and purchased the laptop.
After receiving the product, The product is panel gap issue because of battery swelling.
So I raised a request for replacement. But the customer care agent said that "only refund is available, due to out of stock".
I Don't have a problem to take refund. But the product price is increased around 40 thousand rupees.
So, I don't want to waste my 40 thousand rupees for their mistake. Because it is clearly mentioned "Replacement policy is available". But, now they are violating the policy.
So i want to claim my policy i.e, replacement policy.
So, I argued with customer care agent for 2 hours regarding problem. They said only return policy is available.
If there is only "Refund", then change the policy terms in place of replacement before buying the product.
So, it is clear that they are cheating the customers.
This is a fraudulent activity by Flipkart and seller.
And they are violating their policy.
Without any serious action on this, they will continue this fraudulent activity.
So, Take the action on as soon as possible.
