[Resolved]  Flipkart — Fraudulent marketing --- replacement not done as per return policy - kodak tv

I had purchased KODAK TV CA0909 from flip kart during big billion sale on 16th Oct 2020 which gave costed me 28, 361 including the additional TV Protection for 3 yrs. The order was confirmed by the flip kart & same was delivered to me on 24th Oct 2020. At time of delivery only we found the damage/ defective in the product - TV Panel damage on the screen. The same was inspected by the allotted technician & asked us to raise the replacement. When we tried for replacement marking in my order unable to get, for which contacted CS of flip kart. They said still the delivery is not updated at thr end hence kindly try after 24-48 hrs., as you have still time for replacement raising for 10days as per return policy.
I was waiting, in mean time next day morning got message from flip kart saying return request raised & refund initiated, which was shocking ... Again, contacted CS Ms. Niharika & explained all the story for which they revoked back the return & asked me to wait for 24 hrs. so that i will get option of replacement & then proceed but if still have ANY PROBLEM can contact back to CS.
As mentioned, i waiting for 24 hrs. & tried for placing replacement on 26th Oct. Again, same issue. They asked me to wait. But on 27th Oct, i again get shock of message saying return request approved & refund initiated.

This time it was ridiculous that my account been manipulated by FLIPKART team repeatedly. Contact CS as usual & blasted them & got it revoked.
Then on the same day sent as mail to flip kart grievance, for which got the call & mail from Ms. Amrin, saying that they are extending the replacement duration window by 10 days as there is possibility of stocking up the same product. If I notice the product availability, I can place request for replacement still ANY PROBLEM can contact CS or respond back to same mail.
So, I as mentioned by flip kart CS, I was waiting & tracking the product availability for the same. On 29th Oct, Diwali sale started, in that I found KODAK Brand’s same specification model but in 65inch & 50 Inch availability.
Hence, I responded to the previous mail sent from Ms. Amrin, asking as below on 31St Oct 2020:
ts been 5days, still kodak tv 55 inch CA0909 model has not enabled for delivery.
But could find other models of kodak tv as enabled n available.
Hence, check the any other options of replacement with either 65 inch CA0101 as the big billion day offers n let me know the difference amount to be paid or 50 inches as per big billion day offers n let me know n then refund the excess amount to original payment account/ card.

Atleast look into this option of replacement n let me know n confirmation of the same on urgent basis.

For which, I dident get any reply atall till 3.30 PM of 1St Nov 2020, hence in mean time found same model KODAK CA0909 stock was available in flip kart, tried marking for replacement. Even this time it did not allowed me to do so. Hence immediately contact flip kart CS Mr. Shivam. Had raised all the concerns & final got the replay from him that he is also unable to enable the replacement option, hence plz wait of 2 more days etc… & also asked him to raise a separate complaint for this & Ref ID : IN[protected]. Even at 7:30 PM on 1st Nov 2020, I cloud find the KODAK 55in CA0909 stock availability from the same seller OMNITECH. I have proof of screenshot of the same.
On 2nd Nov 2020 morning, I got call from Flip kart GS Ms. Chandana, saying that we saw your mail asking for the replacement of the different model which is not allowed as per company policy & its only refund. So, I asked her to check the latest conversation happened, the same model was available for which u can allow for replacement. Sa again she started saying, at present kodak CA0909 stock is not available with the Seller (OMNI TECH) so only refund option & got the mail saying that it is only refund option & no replacement as the same product is currently not available in stock at 11.41 Am of 2nd Nov 2020.
This made my temper raised & its nightmare as a CUSTOMER to buy something from flip kart. By all these, it clearly indicates that, Flip kart intentionally
Don’t want to give CUSTOMER service properly
Just offered fraud sales/ marketing of product in discounted price & send used or defective product
Then say only refund option can’t provide the order product, as they order got placed @ lesser cost.
Flipkart is doing always FAKE & CHEAP sales STRATEGY? To be frank, this second time I am experience within 1 month.
Incident: On 11th Oct 2020, one of the sales ordered California Almond offered @ Re.1 Along with other products. Got the confirmation also from flip kart for placing the order successfully. But when product delivered, they did not send the discount offered Item CALIFORNIA ALMOND. When raised the concern to CS, they coolly said sorry we will refund the amount Re. 1/- as we cannot re dispatch the same.
Here also clearly it indicates that FLIP KART INTENTION of CHEATING & FRAUD ADVERTISING.
Getting refund of 1/- is not at all my concern & its very cheap amount of asking for refund also from my end practically. As the FLIP KART intention were not at all good towards CUSTOMER, where we say CUSTOMERS ARE KING. So not for the sake of refund, but wanted to raise the concern & fake advertising & fraudulent marketing gimmicks of the company, I raised the issue with Grievance cell of flip kart for which in 48 hrs. the resolved issue saying will credit the actual amt of the product to my flip kart wallet that is 77/- & I can place the order again.
As per the Consumer Protection Act 2019, this is fraud & misleading advertisement.
Without CUSTOMER consent some of company staffs are marking placed order as RETURN N REFUND, which is again manipulation & fraud.

CUSTOMER complaints, service requests, requirements and call discuss are not updating by their concern officer, which is again fraud, CUSTOMER service issues.

In one of the conversation with the CS, got to know that even stock is available that is only for the new buyers not ready to provide for the replacement CUSTOMER as price sld for me is much discounted price but at present price is more, which is loss to them.

Even at 14:00 hrs of 2nd Nov 2020, the same brand but different model is stock is available but company deny to fix the issue.

I have almost all the call recording of the CS & GC executive discussions, mails & screenshots of the same MODEL KODAK CA0909 availability in flip kart from the same seller/ vendor OMNI TECH as proof, still flip kart did not honor the CUSTOMER issue as per I had purchased KODAK TV CA0909 from flip kart during big billion sale on 16th Oct 2020 which gave costed me 28, 361 including the additional TV Protection for 3 yrs. FYI & R, just a few mins back saw the same model 55 CA0909 in my another (Husband's ) login id, which clearly showed the very much availability & details for the delivery dates also. PFA of the screenshot is the same. So based on that i tried mark replacement but my login shows unavailable. Hence called to CS support for which Mr. Kunal called & told the issue again, he kept the CALL ON hold and never returned back almost for 22 mins just kept on hold. Which enforced me to just cut the call.

After me mins, got msg as " Our CS tried reaching to u but unable to connect you" ####.

What are these cheap gimmicks, misleading advertisements etc... evading the CUSTOMER's. Now I have got to know that even grievance team is hopeless, non sense unfit for anything even to perform the core job of grievance.

The BIGGEST MISTAKE OF CUSTOMERS IS PURCHASING FROM FLIPKART & GETTING BULLIED BY FLIPKART.

EVEN AFTER PROVIDING FACT & PROOF OF AVAILABILITY, THE ### IN FLIP KART COMPANY IS BRAZENLY SAY STOCK NOT AVAILABLE.

WHAT A SHREWDNESS BEHAVIOR OF THE FLIPKART.
