[Resolved] Flipkart — free product not received as per scheme | |||
I given a order in flipkart grocery. My order no. Is od[protected] on dated 30/8/19. In my order on saffola gold oil 5ltr can having scheme 1 ltr free each. I order two 5 ltr cans. On dated 4/9/19 i received this order, but in that free 1 ltr pouch not received. In received can also mention this scheme i. E 1 ltr free. Then i call to flipkart customer care they told me it is in the pack. But it is not available. After that i confirm this thing with saffola customer care, they clearly told me if it is mention on can then coming separtely 1 ltr pouch/ jar. After i again call to flipkart customer care & given a complaint. They send me message i. E your query solve on dated 7/9/19 on 4pm. Then second message come on dated 7/9/19 we resolved on dated 9/9/19 at 4pm. But not any call coming from flipkart. Then i send a mail on their customer care mail id but no feedback. Again i called to customer care no on dated 9/9/19. Their excutive listen the query i transfer the phone to seniors but no one pickup the call. Only ring was going. I'll wait half n hour after transfer the call but no one pick up the call. Flipkart customer care misleading to customers. Very worst service they given & also doing this type of fraud with customer.
