I bought three items from one seller in same order. ITEM 1 : RS.198 ; ITEM 2 : RS.214 AND ITEM 3 : RS.206.
I habe placed return request for item 3.
For item 2, the seller sent a wrong item and i asked for a replacement. The seller again sent a wrong item. I went to see if i can get a replacement again but i found that i can only get a refund but the amount is only Rs.193. i called flipkart and they informed me that replacement can't be offered as per their policy.
I asked why i am not getting full amount i paid for this product. They informe me seller policy is to cut Rs.21 as it is on offer. And the executive tried telling me that i paid only Rs.193 and the order invoice is wrong. I demanded to get a full refund as selle is at fault for delivering wrong product. But there is no response.
I files grievance in NCH and the FLIPKART team who delas with the complaint is behaving in such a stupid manner that they refuse to acknowledge that i am talking about ITEM 2 priced at Rs.214 and not the ITEM 3 which i have returned. They reply to all greivance that the item of Rs.206 is scheduled for pickup and will get a refund.
MY COMPLAINT IS REGARDING THE ITEM PRICED AT RS.214 AND NOT RS.206. if their team can't understand basic English, how can they understand despite repeated explanation that i am talking about a different item from same seller. They seem to be doing it on purpose. And i have provide same photo proof as here which clearly shows items are different but they are having fun in refusing to provide an answer about correct item and haven't even read the complaint properly. Even after multiple complaints filed by me they give same answer that Rs.206 item is refunded. Why is wrong with your team?
Atleast now someone check properly of which item i am talking about and why the refund is not full amount by the seller when he gave me wrong product. In the first place.
