Hi.. The below mention products return id is[protected]. I returned that product on dated[protected]. But till date the amount of rs 629.00 is not returned to my wallet. The below mention products return id is[protected]. I returned that product on dated[protected]. But till date the amount of rs 629.00 is not returned to my wallet. Kindly help me. Feb 4, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 28, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
Verified Support Jan 02, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised the complaint regarding product pick up of 3 quantity and refund amount done for 1 quantity only. We interacted with customer and informed that we will cross check with the logistic partner and get the confirmation whether pick up is done for 3 quantity or 1 quantity. Later as per the logistic partner update we got the confirmation that 3 quantity has been picked up so initiated the refund process for another 2 quantity and told amount will be reflecting with in 3 rd January 2018 he agreed hence closing the case from our end.
