[Resolved] Flipkart — Getting wrong product | |||||
Hi, This is salal from hyderabad. Last week i have ordered a 2dost women gold wedges and it's delivered tooday[protected], but the product was totally different what i ordered and what i received. I got 2dost women beige wedges with very poor quality. My flipkart order id is od[protected]. Last month also i booked a mobile back cover form my friend's id. Order id was od[protected] and it was a wrong product and i replaced it that time. I am very unsatisfied with the service given by the company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jan 27, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 25, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response : Tried calling the customer in this number "[protected]" but unable to reach as there were no response. So mail has been sent to customer with a resolution.
Verified Support Dec 26, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer on [protected], apologized for the issue as customer wanted the replacement but product was out of stock, hence closing case.
