[Resolved]  Flipkart — Gift card money is linked to wrong account

I purchased a gift card last weekend and it is linked to some un-known account in few hours. I was not able to add it in my flipkart wallet. I called customer care and registered complain but it has been 5 days and there is no update.

I called customer care multiple times but no one is able to give satisfactory answer why so much time is needed to revert back money to my wallet.

I am very disappointed with customer support.
